Northwestern Seeded 4th in 2010 Football Playoffs

Undefeated Northwestern High School was seeded 4th in the SC High School Football playoff bracket for 4A Div. II. Teams ranked ahead of Northwestern were: Goose Creek (1), Greenwood (2) and ,North Augusta (3). The South Carolina point system that ranks the teams may be much worse than college football's BCS.

Northwestern defeated North Augusta rather handily during the regular season and is undefeated.

Northwestern will play at home against James Island this Friday, but if they continue winning, will most likely have to play the semifinals away against Goose Creek.
