Will Rock Hill School Administrators Get Pay Raise on Monday?

The graph above shows how teacher salaries really don't get adjusted much for experience compared to accountants and lawyers. It has nothing to do with Monday's meeting because the administration is not proposing an increase in teacher salaries. In fact, changing the teacher scale to increase salaries has not been discussed at all (a step increase is not a change to teacher salary scale) - but it is recommended to increase administrators and support staff  (from the administration).  This and a lot of policies are on the agenda for the October Rock Hill School Board Business meeting.
