Rock Hill Schools Board Meeting Surprise

A lot of School Board meetings go kind of slow. I don't mean boring, just slow. We had a treat during our last meeting from the folks at Finley Road Elementary School. Although you could say it was at the Board Member's expense. I've been getting comments all day about the picture they did for me (above).
