Webcam Interviews?

Technology has been a frequent topic on my blog postings. Earlier this year, I was impressed that the Rock Hill School District had done some job interviews using Skype. I have not used Skype, but am familiar with it. This Time Magazine article, How Skype Is Changing the Job Interview, shows how technology is changing the job placement process.
