Rock Hill School District Orchestra's Shine at Christmas

The Rock Hill High School Orchestra, directed by jeremy Shaw, will have their winter concert on Thursday, Dec. 10, at 7:00 p.m in the school auditorium. Featured will be Five Ukrainians in a Bell Tower as well as seasonal favorites. This is the second concert of the year. The 9th Grade Concert Orchestra will open the evening, followed by the Concert Orchestra. The two groups will combine for the finale.
On Thursday Dec. 17, the Northwestern High School orchestra, directed by Marsha Gross, will present its winter concert at 7:30 p.m. in the school auditorium. The Concert Orchestra will perform seasonal songs, the masterpiece Chamber Orchestra will play a Corelli Concerto Grosso including 2 student soloists, and the Elite Chamber Octet will play, "For unto us" from Handel's Messiah, and the perennial favorite, Ukrainian Bell Song. Admission is free.

Hello Mr. Vining -

As you now know I, as well as numerous parents are totally against the rezoning that has been proposed. From the article that I read at The Herald - I disagree with moving children based on their race and economic situation.

I hope that I will be able to count on you to analyze the situation further - and vote the rezoning down.
