Please explain this statistic. York 3 is Rock Hill, right? We have the lowest graduation rate in the region?!
York 3 is the Rock Hill School District. For Fort Mill, Clover, and Rock Hill, the numbers pretty much follow F&R numbers (and PACT scores in elementary). Sunday's Charlotte Observer suggested there may be an error in the Chester and Lancaster numbers.
