Angelina Blackmon ran her third NCAA provisional qualifying mark in the mile this season and DeMiracle Washington turned in a pair of top-5 finishes in the long jump and triple jump to lead the NC State women's track and field team. Blackmon competed at the Alex Wilson Invitational at Notre Dame and Washington was in action with the split squad at the Virginia Tech Last Chance meet.
Blackmon ran a 4:45.84 in the mile to finish 13th. She also won the 800m championship at the ACC Indoor meet last weekend.
Washington was fifth in the long jump (19'04.00") and fifth in the triple jump (41'03.75). She is a NCAA provisional qualifier after her school-record jump while winning the ACC indoor title in the long jump last weekend.
Lauren Montgomery finished 14th in the 200 with a 25.10 and 10th in the 400m with a 57.33.
